about the book
The book explores the Four Yogas: Karma (selfless action), Bhakti (devotion), Raja (meditation/mental control), and Jnana (knowledge/wisdom).
Karma Yoga: Focuses on acting without attachment to results, emphasizing duty and the destruction of the ego.
Bhakti Yoga: Focuses on devotion and turning the emotional nature toward God.
Raja Yoga: Provides a scientific method for mastering the mind, meditation, and understanding Kundalini energy.
Jnana Yoga: Focuses on intellectual analysis and direct realization of the ultimate truth.
The work highlights that these paths are not mutually exclusive but represent a holistic framework for transformation, addressing the active, emotional, mystic, and philosophical aspects of human nature.
