TriYoga® Prasara
The Art and Science of Yoga Flow with Jean Brown

4 weekly sessions | 120 min each | Sunday | 2 to 4 PM

March 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st

What is TriYoga®?
Wave or flow • Transformation • Deep Relaxation • The Tai Chi of yoga • Meditation in motion • A flowing graceful dance-like yoga • Union of flowing and sustained postures, breathwork and mental focus.

The inherent characteristics of this expression, such as smooth rhythmical breath, spinal waves, relaxation-in-action, and economy of movement, result in a seamless flow ~ the unification of pranayama and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana to create greater flow of prana. TriYoga® sequences have been systematized from Basics to Level 7 into a comprehensive method. Ultimately, TriYoga® is merging with the inner flow, universal energy.

Jean Brown is a level three certified TriYoga® instructor with many years of experience in teaching in New York City and the suburban area. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in private practice, who loves acting and directing in her free time.

Expanding the heart with Rumi — a meditation on Love

3 weekly sessions | 2h each | Thursday | 11AM

February 8th, February 15th, and February 22nd

In times of upheaval and uncertainty, Rumi’s message of peace and love resonates today as powerfully as ever. In this three-week workshop, love poetry, music and contemplation come together to speak of his lasting legacy and impact. His poems are uniquely powerful in providing hope, building bridges, and bringing people together across and beyond differences in the name of peace.

We will gather for three consecutive Thursdays, beginning on the second week of February. We will explore his life and work, do some gentle mindful movements, take turn to read a few selected poems, in English as well as in Persian, the original language. We will find meaning and will contemplate on while sipping on rose black tea.

All are welcome to join us for this exploration of the exquisite love poems of the 13th century poet & mystic, Rumi.

“Love, like life, flows through the heart. Feel the thrill of the flow and say nothing.” — Rumi
